Munnar (2 nights)-Thekkady (1 night)-Kumarakom (1 night)-Houseboat (1 night)-Kovalam (2 nights)

Day 1: Cochin-Munnar

On your arrival at Cochin, our representative will meet you, and take you to Munnar (140 Kms / 04 Hrs). Throughout the journey, enjoy scenic, beautiful streams, small waterfalls, rubber, pepper, cardamom and tea plantations as well as thick forests. As you reach Munnar, you check into the hotel. Stay overnight at Munnar.

Day 2: Munnar

After breakfast, you proceed for a full day of sightseeing in Munnar. Let your eyes gulp in beautiful mist-kissed romantic green meadows and pristine hills sleeping under a green carpet (i.e., tea gardens). Visit the Matt Petty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary and the various Tea Plantations. Return to the hotel after your sightseeing trip and enjoy an overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, we take you for an entire day’s sightseeing of Trivandrum. You will visit The Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Museum and the Sri Padmanabha Temple. In the afternoon, relax on the beach and retire for an overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 3: Munnar-Thekkady

After an early breakfast, you check out of the hotel and proceed towards Thekkady (120 Kms / 4 Hrs) .On your arrival at Thekkady, check into the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel in Thekkady.

Day 4: Thekkady-Kumarakom

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and we drive you down to Kumarakom (145 Kms / 4 Hrs). On your arrival at Kumarakom visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and later check in at the hotel. In the evening go for a sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy the beauty of the backwater by just relaxing near Vembanadu Lake.

Day 5: Houseboat

After breakfast, we drive you to Alleppy, in order to board your houseboat. It will be an AC houseboat. For the rest of the day spend your time at leisure, on the houseboat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. You will be served lunch and evening tea/coffee with snacks as well as dinner, in due time. Enjoy your evening on the sundeck, away from polluted cities and maddening crowd. Stay overnight on the houseboat.
